Refund policy

1) Our return policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days of your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- We must be advised before returning any items. Please tell us your full name, order number and the item (s) you want to return.

- Do not ship a product back unless approved.

- Please do not send the purchase to the manufacturer. Wait for our directives.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs upon return.

- The total of the item will be refunded minus a restocking fee of € 5.

2) Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method.

Frantoio San Luigi will not refund any customer whose order has not been received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.

If your package has been delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the courier and resolve the problem.

N.B. Frantoio San Luigi will not consider requests for Refunds if the order has been processed and has not yet been received. If the customer, for whatever reason, no longer wants the item or items purchased, he will have to wait for delivery, and comply with the conditions listed in point 1.

3) Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to himself for later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out the your return.
